Archipelago

Set sail for the South Pacific! Archipelago is a modular, semi-cooperative game of exploration and vast possibilities, designed by Christophe Boelinger. Each player takes on the role of an explorer and their team, mandated by a European nation to discover, colonize, and profit from the lush archipelagos of the Pacific. During your mission, you may be called to work together with your rival colonies to answer the needs of the local population as much as the regular demands from the continent. Archipelago combines exploration, resource management, negotiation, corruption, commerce, and betrayals into a single session. You can even set your game's length by choosing what objectives are assigned to the players, enabling Archipelago to scale to match any group's availability.
